Job Description

Vice President - Human Resources??? Rock HIll SC.

Serve as a member of the leadership team of the Customer Center and Distribution Center
Ensure that the Group's People Management programs are implemented and supported in the organization?.? Serve as a business partner to the Regional GMs. BLMs and other business leaders by providing high quality HR support t business and employee issues
Implement staffing strategies that ensure the timely recruitment of top quality candidates
Implement strategies to retain talent in the organizaiton
Partnering with business leades determine roles and competencies needed to meet business goals
Develop programs tht provie a pipeline of talent for key roles in the organization
Manage the performance management program andincrease the efficiency and effectiveness of the program
Influence and coach manager to drive changes required by the business
Manage the remuneration program for the company and ensure that such programs remain competitive with the market and aligned with the Group principles

Ensure compliance with applicable labor law and manage EEOC and other employment related claims , including but not limited to investigating issues, coordinating activiities with the legal department, when necessary
Develop and implement HR best practices in the organization
Serve as Chief
Spokesperson for Labor Contracts
Develop and maintain HR metrics for the organization
Lead and develop HR staff

Lead the Rock Hill HR Network, including facilitating the creation of common HR policies an practices as well as the sharing or practices; including developing, common HR practices across operating unit, implementing common HR
Actively participate as a member of the U.S. HR network

Mission :? The mission of the VP of Human Resources Manager i to provide stratetgic and tactical human resource support to the AC Brand Customer Center, Chicago Pneumatic customer Center and the NSC Distribution Center, in areas including but not limited to employee relations,? labor relations, compensation, recruitment, organizational design, and the competency development.? In addition, lead and facilitate the Rock Hill HR Network.

Job Requirements

Experience requirements:?
Bachelor degree human resources, business or related field
10 or more years of experience in the HR field with at least 3 years in an HR leadership position, role.
Demonstrated experience successfully managing change
Proven ability to analyze issues/problems, identify root causes and implement solution

The organizaiton consists of four Regional Industrial and Oil-free Customer Centers ( Westfield, MA, Chicago IL, Houston, TX?, Freemont CA)? and a multibrand Chicago Pneumatic compressor organizaiton in Rock Hill SC,? Each serves their specific customers throughout the United States.? The company also operates four Product Companies:? A Portable Air assembly plant in Rock HIll SC,? . Custom design engineering for special products in Houston, TX :? Greenfield, high pressure applicaitons in Dallas, TX and Pneumatic filters and dryers in Houston, TX?
The North American Distribution Center in-Charlotte NC supprts the logistics for all customer centers.?
